JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. REQUIREMENTS

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient food production.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations..
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
