Job Summary:
We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating tasty dishes and ensuring they are appealing to the eye in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen by following recipes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Contribute to daily food preparation, stock management and ordering
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.44-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
