Description:

Work with our friendly kitchen team to bring our recipes to life by producing the best food with the best local ingredients. With your skill and attention to detail you will create our remarkable dishes that will guarantee our customers have a memorable dining experience every time.

  • It all starts with the preparation. You will ensure that all ingredients are prepped and that your work area is set up ready for an efficient service
  • You will have a good understanding of your ingredients and dishes delivering exceptional standards in your cooking and making sure we cater to each guest’s requirements to maintain our excellent levels of service.
  • Ensure the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation by following our company procedures and completing the necessary paperwork in line with the company food safety management system
  • Understand your role in making a profitable kitchen by following menu specs, correctly recording wastage and ordering only what we need.
  • Support other members of the team and develop good working relationships with each other #WFHP
