Qualifications and Competencies:

  • DEP in office automation or any other relevant field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing sector;
  • Ability to communicate in French and English (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

Under the authority of the Plant Director, the Factory clerk is responsible for managing inventory, purchasing, and equipment monitoring, as well as handling the reception and administration of deliveries to ensure the smooth operation of production activities.

  • Maintain optimal levels of supplies to meet the factory’s needs.
  • Identify needs, place orders, and track deliveries.
  • Manage the maintenance, calibrations, and inspections of equipment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Receive, verify, and record deliveries in the system.
  • Ensure that deliveries meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Process and archive purchase documents.
  • Verify invoices received against orders.
  • Respond to the needs for supplies and equipment of the production teams.
  • Participate in optimizing the purchasing and inventory management processes.
