Located in the heart of the City, Eataly Munich is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. As part of the Eataly Munich team, you’ll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather. Founded in Northern Italy in 2007, Eataly has since expanded its unique stores and concepts to 14 countries across 3 continents. Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of the Italian food and wine sector and passion for the food & beverage world;
• Excellent organisational skills and propensity for teamwork;
• Predisposition to contact with the public and good problem-solving skills;
• Good stress management skills;
• Hour flexibility and willingness to work shifts/weekends;

Will be considered a plus:

• Previous experience in a related role;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Possible knowledge of other foreign languages;
• Geographical mobility;
• Previous experience of at least 6 months within the catering sector.

• Welcoming customers, managing flows and waiting times;
• Rearrangement and organisation of the assigned service station;
• Preparation of alcoholic, non-alcoholic and coffee drinks for restaurant service;
• Table service activities and active communication with kitchen staff in managing service timings.
• Monitoring of customer satisfaction and availability towards any additional requests;
• Compliance with all procedures, company policies, in accordance with quality standards;
• Reporting on offers and initiatives at the point of sale;
• Cleaning, uncluttering and tidying up the room.
