Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure event sales opportunities in the hospitality and events sectors (e.g., corporate events, private functions, weddings).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, venues, and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless event planning handovers to our operations team.
  • Regularly report on sales targets and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Ideally in hospitality, events, or a related field. Strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: As an independent contractor, you’ll be running your own business within our business. You must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working on a commission-only basis. You must have a drive for success and the discipline to manage your time independently.

What You’ll Need:

  • An ABN (Australian Business Number) – to invoice us for your commission.
  • Access to your own tools, such as phone, laptop, and a big personality.
  • Relevant business insurance (we can advise on this).
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Commission Only)
