- Building strong relationships to create return customers.

- Passionately engaging in monthly coaching discussions with supervisors.
- Applying your eye for detail to housekeeping and detailing duties in store.
- Acting as a brand ambassador within your community.
- Consistently following Tepperman’s directional selling strategy.
