Job Description
As a Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d) you will support our team in the field of Site Integration, Airport and Logistic, with the following tasks:
- You will be involved in the initial project planning phase, collaborating with the project team to review project plans, specifications and timelines to ensure a clear understanding of the project objectives
- You will coordinate all activities on-site during the commissioning phase in conjunction with the site supervisor and serve as the key contact person for clients, contractors and regulatory authorities
- You will test the software during the FAT together with our HLC and LLC software engineers and check the quality of wiring for sensors, actuators and bus systems through measurements and regular hardware and software checks to identify any defects or deviations
- You will ensure that the commissioning of machines, subsystems and the overall system is carried out in cooperation with all stakeholders involved, in compliance with legal safety regulations
- You will maintain detailed records of daily activities, including progress updates and various tests
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have completed training in the field of mechatronics or possess a similar qualification
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of commissioning, ideally in an international environment
- You have a solid background in electrical engineering, experience with PLC systems and strong leadership skills
- You are willing to travel internationally
- You hold an internationally valid driver’s license, a forklift license and a license for aerial work platforms
- You are fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
