Key Accountabilities

  • Query triage and first point of contact for commissions queries.
  • Validate commission payment calculations, working closely with Finance Operations to resolve any discrepancies prior to payment.
  • Produce regular commission calculation reports for Sales Management containing accurate and insightful commentary to support understanding of the commission plans and aid decision making.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR and Commercial, resolve any commission-related queries promptly.
  • Participate in the annual commission plan design process, including communicating commission policies and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing training and support to sales teams and sales management on commission related topics.
  • Support the Commissions Team with ad hoc data and analytics requests

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Commissions team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely commission payments for our direct Sales teams across Vodafone Business UK. This role will primarily support the monthly commission payment cycle, which involves working cross-functionally with Sales Managers, Finance, HR and Commercial to provide expertise on all commission related topics.
