The role is within the HR Portfolio and Project Management team, a dynamic global team of project managers responsible for driving pivotal transformations across the business, ranging from supporting M&As to the adoption of Digital and AI technologies. This is an incredibly fast-paced and stimulating environment, where development unfolds on a daily basis.

TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Works with the project teams to build and execute integrated deployment plans to ensure right adoption through change and communication management of projects in the scope of PPM team
  • Defines project stakeholders maps to ensure all impacted groups are provided with the right level of change management and communication through the appropriate channels and aligned to their needs
  • Ensures deployment of change is aligned with project milestones and successfully delivers defined benefits through right level of adoption
  • Helps senior leaders deliver highly engaging communications and to champion the change resulted from projects
  • Monitors and assists in gaining employee feedback on change adoption through formal and informal communications
  • Supports development and consistent use of communication channels supporting deployment of various changes across HR
  • Provides feedback on the adoption needs and issues of the areas in the project scope
  • Ensures all communications share a unified, on-brand look and feel that reflect the HR priorities but remains in the limitation of the company branding rules
