Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of work experience in similar role (Change Management, Communications)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Project, social media, Yammer, video production
- Experience leading change activities, including vision setting, leadership/change sponsor alignment and engagement, stakeholder analysis, impact identification, readiness assessment, communication strategies, training plans, and measurement of adoption
- Experience coaching leadership and project team members to guide them through the change management process
- Ability to tailor the change management strategy to meet the needs of a variety of project types, and apply context-specific methods, tools, and tactics
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Solid project management skills, including ability to manage multiple, dynamic projects and tasks
- Work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and teams in a global, multi-site organization
- Ability to think and act strategically and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
Advantages:
- Experience and training in change management and communications methodologies. Experience with Prosci ADKAR model, LaMarsh, or similar

Responsibilities:
In addition, the change management consultant will coach business leaders on change leadership, enable others to drive change activities, help project teams integrate change management activities into their project plan, and create internal and external communications that aid in driving awareness and adoption of change externally, the consultant plays an important part in representing the voice of the customer and communicating to non-Zebra stakeholders.
