DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Communication Campaign Specialist to helps execute the strategic communications vision of Human Capital Management & Corporate Services (HCMCS) alongside Firmwide partners.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Lead integrated communications campaigns in support of strategic business/function objectives
  • Oversee and distribute content for various formats (e.g., memos, video, intranet)
  • Implement and help integrate new comms tools, platforms and technologies
  • Oversee reports (metrics, analytics and communication presentations) for internal use; present as needed to leadership and other constituent groups
  • Cultivate internal relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline preferred
  • At least 6 years of professional experience (preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, digital content or related field within a global, complex organization)
  • Experience producing and managing digital content
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and digital graphics production
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Impeccable copy-editing skills
  • High emotional intelligence and enthusiasm for collaboration
  • Understanding of graphic design
