We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication Manager to join our Digital Mall Marketing team. As a Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies to drive brand awareness across multiple platforms, engagement, and sales for our clients.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra’s Central Offices in Maia

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing and communications preferably in a physical retail environment;
  • 2+ years in a communications management position;
  • Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms;
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a passion for storytelling and brand building;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Portuguese and English) with a keen eye for detail;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the communication strategy and plan, aligned with digital mall marketing pillars, and that encompasses all digital channels, including, but not limited to, social media platforms, newsletters, and landing pages;
  • Acting as brand keeper: Liaising with the shopping centers’ marketing teams to ensure that digital mall brand image and tone of voice guidelines are used;
  • Manage and supervise the production and implementation of high-quality content including images, videos, and written copy across all digital channels to ensure consistent and timely delivery (including all social media content implementations, and websites/apps content updates);
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data analysis and market feedback;
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of all communication campaigns and optimize content strategies for maximum impact;
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility and interaction with target audiences;
  • Expertise and knowledge of performance marketing tools to overview the different in-house/agency advertised-based social media campaigns and initiatives and report on results.
