emagine is currently looking for a Communication manager with strong UX design-and copywriting experience, for a client in the financial sector.

TASK DESCRIPTION:

In the role as Communication Manager you will have to define a clear communication strategy to ensure consistent and timely information across channels. You will be responsible for setting up a feedback strategy from product rollouts, converting these insights into actionable improvements. Additionally, you will create relevant copy and video content for various communication platforms and support the development of educational materials for different user groups.
Regarding the part as being a User Experience (UX) designer, you will focus on enhancing the user journey for onboarding and using new tools, particularly for Nordea employees across multiple countries. This includes writing and editing clear, functional UX copy in English for product onboarding and features. They will use a data-driven approach to continuously optimize the user experience, while conducting user research and end-user testing to inform improvements.

EXPERIENCE, MUST HAVES:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication management, UX design, UX writing and copywriting, preferably in multifactor authentication products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent or highly proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proven ability to understand and manage complexity.
• Proven ability to drive change in a distributed set-up and multicultural environment.
• Experience with IT implementations, particularly Windows Hello for Business, is a plus.
• Collaborative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  Start date: ASAP
  Duration: 7-9 months.
  Lokation: Taastrup, Copenhagen.
  Allocation: Hybrid. 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
