QUALIFICATIONS

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Training, or HR (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR and communication-related education) and have at least 6 months left of your studies.
We are seeking interns who are eager to learn, can manage their time effectively, and have some experience in their field and working with various stakeholders.
Fluency in English is a requirement, and your CV should be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

Your tasks will vary depending on the department, but may include:

  • Creating short videos
  • Creating content for SharePoint and Yammer
  • Creating presentations
  • Assisting with internal communication
  • Assisting with training material
  • Providing insights on training or internal communication to the team
  • Stakeholder management
  • Recruitment support or assessment support (only for HR profiles

An internship position at Novo Nordisk is between 18-37 hours per week, with most positions requiring 37 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.

  • Internships can last from 3 to 6 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 12 months
  • Internships are paid if your educational program allows it
  • A Danish full-time work permit is require
