Description:
The role Join our dynamic team within the Strategic Communications Branch, where you will play a pivotal role in managing operational aspects of the Communications Team and providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities include managing workflows, ollaborating with the team and with other areas of the branch as well as clients. You’ll be contributing and supporting the team to deliver communications services, support and advice to the divisions across the Department of Health.
As a key team member, you will monitor workflows and develop local management strategies and guideances. Your proactive approach will involve identifying opportunities to enhance workflow and administrative processes across the team. Additionally, you will contribute valuable feedback on strategies, processes and systems to foster ongoing improvement and innovation within the Communications team.

The successful personYou will have demonstrated: - Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff.- Demonstrated ability to support senior level staff, set priorities and monitor workflow. - Demonstrated relationship management skills.- Strong project management and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and manage the delivery of numerous competing priorities.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute to the positive culture of a team with a track record of maintaining a customer service mentality and supporting all colleagues to succeed.
