Description:

Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Communication Analyst to support our federal client located in Arlington, VA. Candidates must be strong writers, analytical thinkers, and detail oriented. One must enjoying working within a team and with various projects simultaneously.
This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all inbound executive correspondences in relation to organizational functions and program responsibilities to determine officials responsible for preparing responses and those who should contribute to responses, or provide background information or enclosures
  • Obtaining and compiling past correspondence and reports, and recent news items pertaining to subjects of correspondence, and provides to involved officials
  • Utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and SharePoint tools to track timeframes and progress of developing, clearing, and submitting executive correspondence documents and responses to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating exchanges of information and joint activities with staff member of other component organizations, and of agencies having related functions, to exchange and discuss information needed for composing executive correspondences
  • Providing procedural and technical advice, interpretations, and guidance to staff and stakeholders regarding the preparation of written materials, workflow, and clearance processing to ensure timely responses
  • Initiating drafts and/or edits response letters, memos, briefing memoranda, and other executive correspondence products using template language and standard formatting styles
  • Contributing to team projects and meetings aimed at improving and documenting executive correspondence processes which affect the CISA organization
  • Monitoring metrics and contributing to daily and weekly reporting to CISA stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
