JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven leader of communications who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on implementing communications, change management for new or existing client accounts. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution focused.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills required
  • Must possess an aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, & OneNote)
  • Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams & SharePoint design and administration
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design and document layout
  • Superior oral and written communication skills (exceptionally proficient with the English language)
  • Flexible, adaptable & resourceful
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with limited instruction or oversight
  • Highly creative with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize (manage tight deadlines)
  • Able to turn a concept into reality
  • Fundamental understanding of all aspects of the Corporate Real Estate and FM business
  • Thoughtful and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to form strong interpersonal relationships with CBRE and client teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:

  • Qualification in communications, marketing or similar
  • Business Language is English, but fluency in German and / or French a plus (but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop communications strategies and plans for all impacted stakeholder groups across multiple client projects
  • Lead and facilitate execution of all communications deliverables identified in the communications plan
  • Support client pursuits, including the development of RFP content, client presentation materials and any other required supporting content
  • Assist with internal and client-facing presentations and meetings, including slide deck development
  • Ability to write storytelling messaging and content for internal and client-facing presentations
  • Develop and publish weekly client-facing status report, solicit and copy-edit content from all transition contributors
  • Support the Transition Leader with overall transition governance and management, as needed
  • Participate in team initiatives specific to communications and change management

SUPERVISORY/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Show proactive leadership among the project and client teams, but does not have direct supervisory responsibilities in this position
  • Able to anticipate needs of transition leadership and teams and create communications materials in draft form for review/comment
  • Comfortable with presenting to large groups (virtually and in person) and in interacting with senior client and CBRE leaders
