Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative and accountable Communications and Employee Engagement Coordinator with a passion for delivering the right messages to our staff and clients. You are an expert in your field, take pride in your work and build trust by following through on your commitments to your colleagues. In addition, you want to be part of a company that focus effectively on growing your personal and professional talents.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Under the direction of the Director, People & Culture, liaise with the Executive Team, Sector Leaders, Branch Managers, Project Managers, Green Team, and Social Committee to agree on communications content and then work independently with the agreed content to develop messaging;
  • Plan, develop and implement various corporate communication projects to engage, educate and inform KWL employees;
  • Develop communication materials to enhance employee experience and brand position, improve information sharing and engagement among employees;
  • Develop marketing and communication materials such as presentations, brochures, posters, social media ads and prints;
  • Develop and manage templates for corporate documents like the company newsletter; Promote and uphold company brand awareness across various channels such as social media and the KWL website by creating relevant content;
  • Create compelling visual content (i.e. infographics, graphics, interactive short videos, etc.) for corporate presentations and digital media platforms;
  • Organize and participate in key internal social events;
  • Support other company-wide internal engagement and communication initiatives as needed.
