Description:
In this role, you will lead the change and communications strategy for the GBS People Services organization. As a key member of the extended People Services Leadership Team, you will ensure a best-in-class, employee-centric approach to communication and change across the organization. Collaborating closely with the wider GBS and HR change and communications communities, you will deliver consistent themes and messaging within People Services.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Accountable for end-to-end communications strategy across People Services, aligned with GBS and HR.
- Develop a comprehensive calendar/activity-based communication plan, including innovative ways to engage employees.
- Collaborate with the People Services Leadership Team and stakeholders to deliver engaging Town Halls and forums, using the best tools and technology.
- Create proactive written communications (text announcements, slide decks, visuals, etc.) for People Services communities and stakeholders as needed.
- Regularly pulse different segments of People Services to test the effectiveness of communications and change strategies, ensuring collaboration at multiple organizational levels.
- Work with GBS and People Services site leads to embed site-level communications, initiatives, and change strategies across sites.
- Develop service-based communication strategies and plans for each Service Tower.
- Support PSLT on story development and content creation for HR stakeholders, including content for the HR Leadership Team, HR Customer Forums, Service Reviews, etc.
- Enhance customer engagement through service launches, promotions, and ongoing communication strategies to drive customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Provide active support for global projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and achieving high visibility and engagement across the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
- Assist in developing and implementing change communication strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective messaging to key stakeholders during organizational changes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Solid experience in Communications, HR & organizational development, or related experience
- Proven track record to perform highly in a complex and evolving business environment
- Experience managing global projects related to employee engagement and experience in a growing organization
- Demonstrated experience in people analytics, including using data and information to support storytelling, recommendations, and maintaining influence with leadership teams
- Highly curious, enthusiastic, and collaborative, with excellent attention to detail and strong project management abilities
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
- Proficient in the latest digital communication tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of emerging technologies and their application in a business context
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to ensure understanding and alignment
- Excellent business engagement and business acumen
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a shared services function
- Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience
