Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Reuben College in an exciting new position as Communications and Events Officer.
This role will primarily focus on growing the College’s reputation and establishing relationships in and around Oxford through strategic communications activities. You’ll manage our website content, create engaging digital and print materials, and help maintain our brand presence across all channels. Additionally, you’ll provide crucial support for high-level internal and external events (which will include managing evening and weekend events) ensuring all run smoothly and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing to and executing the College’s communications strategy
- Managing website content and ensuring accessibility compliance
- Creating and maintaining digital and print marketing materials
- Writing and editing communications for various channels and audiences
- Support in the management of high-profile College events
- Providing alumni relations support
- Contributing to donor communications and annual reports
- Deputising for the Communications & Events Manager when required
