At Macleod Cares we believe in the power of communication and storytelling to shape meaningful connections. As such we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly organized Communications and Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand and tell our story.
This new position will play a key role in supporting communications and marketing activities. This hands-on role focuses on executing day-to-day initiatives, with a strong emphasis on creating engaging content for social media, managing digital channels, and supporting the organization’s broader marketing and communications efforts through brand consistency and administrative support.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, a related field, or an acceptable equivalent combination of work and/or education.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is an asset.
- Familiarity with website content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks independently.
