The Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) is the regulatory body that sets standards and enforces the mandatory licensing of condominium managers and management provider businesses. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The CMRAO is looking for a Coordinator to join its Communications and Outreach team! This one-year contract is a great opportunity for an individual with previous communications experience who is interested in expanding their skillset by working on a variety of interesting and important projects and building their career in communications. Here is your chance to gain even more hands-on experience working in a small and productive in-house communications department and produce quality work as part of a talented and hard-working team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Outreach, the successful candidate for the Communications and Outreach Coordinator position will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of CMRAO’s dynamic and efficient Communications and Outreach department. The Communications and Outreach Coordinator supports the development and execution of a range of communications products and strategies, as well as the planning and implementation of outreach and stakeholder engagement activities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
SKILLS
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good writing skills and experience with content development
- Previous graphic design knowledge and experience working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are requirements for this role
- Basic video production skills and experience with iMovie, Premiere Pro and After Effects is an asset
