Description:

Tetra Tech International Development is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Training Coordinator to develop and deliver impactful training programs for the Australia Assists program. Join us and make a difference by enhancing the capabilities of our rapid response team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for the rapid response team to ensure they are well-prepared for deployment.
  • Design and deliver onboarding training for new employees to familiarise them with program goals, processes, and expectations.
  • Create and manage capacity development training programs for host organisations, enhancing their ability to respond to humanitarian needs.
  • Collaborate with the Capacity Strengthening Manager to identify training needs and develop relevant training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and monitoring outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training events to support continuous learning and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all training activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant attendance, assessment results, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and consultants as needed to deliver specialised training programs.
  • Support the development of a knowledge hub by creating training content and sharing best practices and lessons learned.
