Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Website, Design & Technology Administration:
  • Managing, posting and revising website content, including designing landing pages for marketing campaigns, tools or new online resources and performing software updates.
  • Maintaining and administering the online mentor/mentee training platform including assisting with additional modules and providing user support.
  • Assisting in the development and post-production of AMP Webinar training sessions.
  • Providing technical support for the tools and applications within the website including online training.
  • Managing partner online database, form maintenance and update information change requests.
  • Ensuring website functionality and performance software updates.
  • Data Collection & Analysis:
  • Creating and maintaining data systems, as well as organizing and streamlining data from users of on-line training and website applications.
  • Generating and analyzing on-line data and providing any required reports.
  • Creating and administering surveys and interpreting results to inform evaluation and decision making.
  • Creating and managing data systems, including data for tools, resources, website and digital marketing.
  • Creating AMP business and planning documentation, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Social Media Marketing & Design:
  • Managing, posting and procuring content for social media channels.
  • Designing and assisting in the development of the “MentoringMinute” digital newsletter and all other digital mailouts.
  • Planning and graphic designing internal and external documents, newsletters, presentations, and web documents.
  • Designing marketing and communication campaigns and website content.
  • General Administration:
  • Supporting administrative duties for the Provincial Coordination Team and AMP Staff.
  • Coordinating requests and other inquiries made to the AMP from partners and the public.
  • Create, format and disseminate meeting agendas, packages and minutes.
  • Meeting invitation management, all internal and external mailing list maintenance.
  • Support event planning, bookings, rentals, ordering, catering and conference organization.
