Description:
Reporting to the Marketing Content Advisor, we are seeking a talented and creative Communications and Writing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of the French language, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring that our message is clear, consistent, and engaging across various communication channels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing and communication, ideally in a similar context.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience in managing large-scale communication projects.
- Knowledge of best practices for web and email writing.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and online publishing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, translate, and edit content for various communication platforms, including press releases, website and intranet articles, emails, social media, brochures, advertising campaigns, and annual reports.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to understand communication needs and develop relevant and impactful messages.
- Design and implement creative communication strategies to promote the organization’s initiatives, projects, and events.
- Oversee the production of visual communication materials in coordination with designers.
- Ensure message consistency and adherence to the organization’s editorial and visual guidelines.
- Participate in the development and implementation of crisis communication plans, if necessary.
- Facilitate communication between different teams and departments to ensure smooth and consistent information flow within the organization.
- Provide support for internal communications by writing memos, newsletters, internal announcements, and other employee-facing documents.
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to continually improve processes and enhance the overall brand positioning.
