Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Communications Assistant, you’ll collaborate with a talented team to deliver effective communication strategies, support marketing activities, and promote the company’s culture and events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation:Producing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple formats, including newsletters, email campaigns, video scripts, and more.
- CAMPAIGN DELIVERY:Supporting the implementation of communication strategies, running campaigns, and analysing their impact.
- BRAND STEWARDSHIP:Ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials and platforms.
- DIGITAL CONTRIBUTION:Helping maintain corporate channels like the website, Glassdoor, and social media, ensuring they align with our brand.
- PR SUPPORT:Assisting with press activities, managing media lists, and building relationships with key contacts.
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:Contributing to social media strategies by creating content that engages and grows our audience.
- EVENT SUPPORT:Helping organise and promote internal events, from global celebrations to training webinars.
- MEASURING IMPACT:Evaluating the success of communications activities and identifying areas for improvement.
- TEAM ENERGISER:Bringing energy and creativity to the team, whether that’s encouraging colleagues to star in a TikTok or brainstorming new ways to celebrate wins.
