We are recruiting for a Communications Assistant to join our Dubai Campus Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications (MRAC) directorate. The postholder will handle all communications duties related to the sponsorship campaign ‘Shaping Futures’. Postholder will also occasionally handle admin duties relating to the sponsorship campaign. This post is for a fixed term contract ending July 2026.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
All communications duties related to the sponsorship campaign ‘Shaping Futures’. Occasionally admin duties relating to the sponsorship campaign.
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
- Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company
- ‘s goals and values
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
- Suggest opportunities to promote campaign engagement
- Design content and oversee implementation for campaign communications
- Coordinate internal events and other initiatives relating to campaign communicationsAssist the Communications Officer as required
