Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communication & Brand Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand and communication strategies, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various channels, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our communication strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a communication or brand management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Extensive understanding of the VC landscape in the Nordics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
