Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communication & Brand Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various channels, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our communication strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a communication or brand management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Extensive understanding of the VC landscape in the Nordics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
