Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to support the development of internal communications campaigns to drive Associate awareness of HR programs
  • Support CCG’s DEI strategy through strategic communication efforts
  • In partnership with HR, help to incorporate DEI best practices into communication & marketing efforts
  • Contribute regularly to the CCG editorial process
  • Write and create content for myCCG, internal collateral, emails, Linkedin etc.
  • Support the HR awards committee with coordination, content and submissions.
  • Support event planning and execution including CCG conferences and town halls
  • Work with the communication team to coordinate efforts and deliver integrated communication efforts
