Wells Fargo is seeking a Communications Consultant for the Branch Communications Team supporting the National Branch Network and National Advice & Acquisition Teams as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB). Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Execute communication-based initiatives and activities
• Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
• Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders, including customers if needed
• Develop and provide input on basic publication design, website content, and publishing information; and/or gathering and analyzing information regarding team member opinions and recommending communication approach to management.
• Participate in initiatives to improve communication strategies

Job Expectations:

• Rotational on-call support for critical alerts during business hours, overnights, and weekends.
• Support Pacific Time coverage from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
