Description:

Stowe Family Law are expanding, with over 380 colleagues across England and Wales. We’re seeking a Communications & Content Coordinator to enhance employee communication and engagement.
This role is an excellent opportunity to advance your communications career. You’ll plan and execute strategies, create compelling content, collaborate with others, and help maintain Stowe as a top workplace.
You could be someone with experience within internal communications, PR, or marketing/digital marketing, this role offers a chance to broaden your skills and foster a positive culture in our growing firm.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An excellent communicator with a proven record of writing content/building partnerships with a variety of audiences
  • A creative, organised, and innovative thinker. Someone with confidence to present new ideas
  • An individual who embraces managing their own workload with changing priorities
  • Someone who embraces learning more about attracting talent through digital channels
  • An interest, experience or skill set in exploring and utilising tech solutions (including AI, MS Word and Powerpoint) to support ways of working

Responsibilities:

  • Content planning for our intranet site Workvivo
  • Writing and delivering content and messaging through various internal channels
  • Supporting our EVP by working with our talent team on articles and content for our careers site and LinkedIn
  • Planning and tracking EVP content across our channels to measure success
  • Partnering with marketing to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging
  • Getting involved with our colleague networks, supporting Stowe’s drive to increase DEI, become more sustainable and work towards Bcorp accreditation
  • Partner with our People team to effectively promote our benefits and L&D opportunities
  • Look for new ways to share key messages around the firm and support a sense of belonging as we continue to grow
  • Support with planning for our annual all colleague conference and other events
