YOUR CHALLENGE

As the Communications & Content Marketing Manager, you will know that always hitting the right tone is hard. Raising awareness and engaging your audience through smart messaging is even harder.
You will work in the head office marketing team, driving communications for our international and segmented customers and partners. Together with 6 team members and aligned with the market and product development teams, we will revise and execute Hubject’s tone of voice strategy and daily communications.
Your core role is hands-on, creating, producing and distributing external communications in addition to supporting regional teams with messaging and occasionally senior leadership with internal communications. You will require strong writing skills, creativity, and experience in content management and communications.
Experience in eMobility (and/ or Automotive and/ or PaaS industries) is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Help Reshape Our Voice: You will help review, develop and implement a new communications strategy that aligns with Hubject’s mission and goals, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels.
  • Create Engaging Content: You’ll write and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media (primarily LinkedIn), website, whitepapers, and media materials, to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Support Thought Leadership: Work closely with our leadership team to craft thought leadership pieces and strategic communications, helping to raise our profile and influence.
  • CRM support (Salesforce-Pardot): you’ll support in implementing campaigns and ensure a great experience for our customers.
  • Support with internal communications to ensure all are on the same page and with the messaging and campaign status.
  • Manage other external communications, including press releases.
  • Collaborate with the product/ market development teams to review feedback and review content with the product manager as required.
  • Understanding the Hubject products and solutions enabling you to best reflect key value propositions.
