Description:

As a small team serving a business of 1500 people based across 7 UK locations with household name clients, this role requires a great Comms all-rounder with a passion for being busy, creative and a team player.
If you thrive on variety and volume of work; spending your days oscillating between innovating the creative direction and assets for a new campaign, organising an event, managing stakeholders, copywriting, producing marketing materials using design software and managing social media channels, then this is the role for you.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven experience in a B2B communications role, preferably within the insurance or legal services industry.
  • Proficiency in copywriting with a strong portfolio of written work.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in event planning and management.
  • Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective communication plans to enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
  • Create compelling and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Organise and manage company events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and align with the company’s objectives.
  • Design and produce marketing materials using software such as Adobe InDesign.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website, intranet and social media channels.
  • Play and active role as part of a small and busy Brand, Marketing and Communications team, reporting to Head of Brand & Communications.
