We’re searching for an incredible Communications Executive to join the team to amplify our brand externally and engage our incredible people across the urbanbubble portfolio! You’ll support the marketing team to deliver a best-in-class external presence and, ultimately, help us proudly tell the stories of our incredible communities across the UK. You will also support our teams internally with engaging comms that illustrate what it means to be a part of urbanbubble.

• Develop and implement the PR plan through writing engaging press releases, with the support of the Head of Marketing.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Executive and the wider business to create accurate and compelling external content.
• Manage media inquiries and coordinate responses across departments, maintaining a library of responses.
• Generate high-quality, creative, and engaging internal communications content by sourcing information, stories, and contributions from all departments. Draft, write, edit, and coordinate material as needed.
• Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive to develop, launch and maintain a company intranet, ensuring adherence to editorial standards and content creation.
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
