The Internal Communications lead will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that support and drive the company’s change initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in managing complex change communication projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and project teams to ensure that all internal stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s vision and goals during periods of change.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
