We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Communications Lead to join our team in Cambridge, CB2 0AA , and play a key role in supporting the Head of Communications & Engagement in creating and implementing internal communication campaigns for Site Operations, Campus Services, and various projects and initiatives across Cambridge, London, and Luton locations.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Collaborate with Sodexo and AstraZeneca teams to create and deliver impactful internal communication campaigns across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies.
- Develop and manage engaging communication materials and channels, maintaining consistent messaging and style to drive engagement and excitement.
- Support the Head of Communications & Engagement in monitoring campaign effectiveness, updating strategies, and defining clear, creative communication plans.
- Navigate the complexities of a dynamic, multi-site environment, balancing Client expectations with stakeholder needs while optimizing opportunities for engagement.
- Ensure communications align with broader strategic goals, managing relationships sensitively and maintaining a strategic, consistent approach across all platforms.
