Role Overview: As our Communications Manager, you’ll be the voice of our brand and a key player in our Senior Leadership team. You’ll lead our communications strategy, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and captivating across all channels. From social media to press releases, you’ll be the maestro orchestrating our brand’s symphony. You’ll also play a crucial role in strategic planning and initiatives, helping to shape the future direction of our company.
Communications Strategy: Your goal will be to drive brand loyalty and engagement through innovative communication campaigns.
Strategic Planning: As a member of the Senior Leadership team, your insights and expertise will help shape the direction of our company, ensuring that our communications efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.
Change Management: You will lead and manage change management communications effectively, as this will be crucial in maintaining a positive organizational culture during times of transition.
Government Relations: Your written and verbal communications efforts will help us navigate the regulatory landscape and advance our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, ensuring positive coverage and managing any crisis communications with finesse.
  • Brand Management: Ensure our brand voice is consistent and resonates with our audience, driving brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative communication campaigns that align with our business goals and values.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support our long-term goals.
  • Change Management: Lead change management communications to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in during organizational changes.
  • Government Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies, advocating for our interests and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and support company initiatives.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
