We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. Reporting to a Senior Communications Manager, this person will work with leaders in manufacturing and human resources to develop communication plans to drive business objectives and help our employees feel more connected with F&P.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Helping employees understand their contribution to operational performance
- Planning and facilitating strategy meetings, leader forums and Town Halls
- Researching and telling engaging stories
- Writing clear and simple communications for our digital platforms or print
- Supporting change initiatives
- Gathering insight to guide communication plans
- Using insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
If you are our ideal candidate:
- You have five to 10 years of experience in communications and are comfortable working with leaders in manufacturing and operations
- You can work independently to research and write messages for diverse audiences, many of whom speak English as a second language.
- You are willing to manage both strategy and execution and are open to using new technologies and digital platforms.
