We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. Reporting to a Senior Communications Manager, this person will work with leaders in manufacturing and human resources to develop communication plans to drive business objectives and help our employees feel more connected with F&P.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Helping employees understand their contribution to operational performance
  • Planning and facilitating strategy meetings, leader forums and Town Halls
  • Researching and telling engaging stories
  • Writing clear and simple communications for our digital platforms or print
  • Supporting change initiatives
  • Gathering insight to guide communication plans
  • Using insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

If you are our ideal candidate:

  • You have five to 10 years of experience in communications and are comfortable working with leaders in manufacturing and operations
  • You can work independently to research and write messages for diverse audiences, many of whom speak English as a second language.
  • You are willing to manage both strategy and execution and are open to using new technologies and digital platforms.
