Description:
Then we’re looking for you to join Nokia CFO as Internal Communication Manager .
The internal communication manager will work closely with the CFO and CFO leadership team, as well as other research centers around the company globally.
Main Responsibility Area
- Supporting the CFO and internal business stakeholders to communicate effectively to employee audiences, and managing the execution of internal communications projects on various topics, from strategy to culture topics.
- Creating and advising on internal communications plans; creating and editing internal communications content/materials.
- Publishing content on internal channels: intranet, SharePoint communities, Viva Engage groups, audio/video webcasts, and podcasts.
Job Description
- Creates and advises on communications plans for relevant stakeholders.
- Creates and edits content deliverables (e.g. communications plans, internal news articles, speeches, presentations, visuals).
- Organises webcasts and other events as required
- Effectively uses varied and innovative communications channels and tools to create sustained employee engagement.
- Ensures communications strategy, content, and channels fit to the target group.
- Manages the CFO editorial calendar
- Proactively seeks feedback and continuous dialog, and uses it in planning communications.
- Promotes regular dialogue between employees of all levels.
Requirements
- Background in internal/employee communications, in a global environment.
- Ability to think strategically as well as do hands-on work
- Ability to deliver key messages that encourage maximum engagement
- Excellent English language writing, editing and communication skills.
- Skilled in Office365, SharePoint, Viva Engage and intranet tools, and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
- Capability to work in consultative mode, on a variety of topics.
- Attention to detail, and good multi-tasking and organizational ability.
- Positive energy and willingness to make an impact
- Curiosity to try new things and follow trends.
- Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, New media, or Marketing, or similar.
- An interest in telecommunications sector.
