Description:
At ONWARD we’re looking for a Communications Manager to join our team.
Full-time · Lausanne
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ONWARD Medical’s communications plan for European markets, in alignment with the company’s objectives and the global communications strategy.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to create and maintain a well-structured company communications calendar.
- Craft compelling written and visual communications materials to support product launches, brand initiatives, investor relations activities, and other business needs.
- Amplify ONWARD Medical’s social media engagement in Europe and set and track related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Enhance ONWARD’s online presence with ideas and assets for both corporate websites.
- Maintain corporate elements of the company’s websites and other online assets.
- Oversee graphic design, photography, videography, and other visual production activities related to corporate and European communications.
- Draft, translate (as needed), and manage publication of key corporate communications, including press releases and investor communications.
- Maintain investor relations database and coordinate list-related communications and marketing activities.
- Manage and respond to incoming corporate communications via email, website registrations, and other inquiry channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various communications activities.
- Collaborate with the company’s executives on public relations, including messaging for any issue or crisis communications, with a focus on Europe.
- Establish and maintain relationships with European media.
