Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $57.81 to $65.86 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans and produce content for various Specialized Services business initiatives, e.g., sales campaigns, conferences, program, and technology launches
- Act as the communications lead with project teams, providing strategic counsel and sound communications advice and regularly advising partners of communication strategy status
- Work with communication colleagues across Wealth to identify efficiencies and build these into business-specific content for employee communications
- Draft and edit a variety of content, including remarks and scripts for senior leaders, newsletters, business updates, PowerPoint presentations, and thought leadership
- Oversight of BAU or regular communication vehicles, such as newsletters, where applicable
- Contribute to executive communications development as required
- Contribute to the development of standards for content: look & feel, tone, focus, audience relevance, etc.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience writing, editing, proofing communications: 7 years
- MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.): 7 years
- Previous management experience: 7 years
- Relevant Communications role experience: 7 years
