Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and updating of branded templates and materials on a variety of media and platforms.
- Producing communications collateral from initial concept, copy writing, design and commissioning articles through to production and distribution of the final materials across multiple platforms.
- Support delivery of a schedule of communications collateral including, liaising with external parties including designers and printers.
- Support delivery and maintenance of a useful and informative website which engages with and provides resource to a range of stakeholders.
- Design and produce content for social media platforms in line with the communications strategy posting regular content to these sites maximising engagement with stakeholders.
- Support monitoring of data to develop and enhance NWUPC brand SEO.
- Use designated software to support Social Media activity.
- Responsible for administration of the company’s CRM system including data entry, maintenance of information and reporting.
- Support the production and distribution of communications materials to promote NWUPC and sector events such as annual conference, training sessions and webinars.
- Support development of social media content to promote NWUPC and sector events maximising engagement with stakeholders.
