QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High school graduate,
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Ability to operator a PC proficiently
- Must be able to work alone
- Must be flexible
- Command of the English language
Preferred:
- Bilingual a plus
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
- 7P-730A, 3 days per week
- Sunday 4 hour shift
- Weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Communications Operator for two facilities: Community Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming call
- Transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Assisting with outgoing calls, providing information
- Making overhead announcements, following procedures for emergency alerts.
- The Communications Operators are Essential Personnel and provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including holidays.
