Role Overview: Amplifon Americas, the global leader in the hearing care retail industry, is looking for a Communications Specialist to help shape new and innovative ideas, create top-notch and engaging communication messages and videos, and support key internal stakeholders on organizational events and messaging.Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, editing, and producing graphic design and video content using tools in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign, etc.)
• Drafting informative and insightful written content for a variety of audiences
• Coordinating effective communication strategies for a remote and diverse workforce, including corporate and store employees across the U.S. and Canada
• Driving engagement of internal communication tools, platforms, and resources, including company Intranet
• Acting as a support resource for key internal stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team and department leads

Defining scope, budget, roles and responsibilities and eventually new processes for the organizationQualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or another equivalent field
• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate communication and/or agency with a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and audio/video production (camera set up, lighting, audio, etc.) and editing is a must

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to proof-reading and detailed editing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all types of people at all levels of an organization
• Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
• Proactive problem solver and solution driver
• Leads with a positive, can-do attitude
