Responsibilities:
As the Communications Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will lead successful execution of the AIR6500 Communications IPTs integration with the broader AIR6500 system, as well as supporting Communications Subsystem V&V activities. This includes performing hardware, software and systems integration of the Communications Subsystem, conducting defect analysis, and conducting and supporting informal and formal V&V for the program.
Additional responsibilities will include;
- Lead installation, integration, configuration and test of Communications hardware, software and systems at IPT level
- Identify, Analyse and resolve defects and technical issues in accordance with the Defect Management Process
- Prepare required artefacts (plans and procedures) and activities required for integration of the Communications Subsystem with the Mission System
- Lead Communications Subsystem V&V activities
- Contribute to System level IVVC outcomes within an Agile delivery framework
- Collaborate with, peers in a multi-site and multi-time zone (AU and US) team
