Communications Trainee

at  Nokia

We are looking for a Communications trainee at the Nokia Espoo Campus, the HQ of Nokia. This role is part of the Campus Team, who ensures that Nokia is the best place to work for both people and business and where you will be at the center of everything that happens at Nokia Espoo.
Collaborating with different teams and people at Nokia Espoo Campus to produce local communication content, such as the Espoo Campus Newsletter, internal event marketing, social media content and video productions.
Ideate and help organize various kinds of physical and virtual events at Espoo Campus. Create marketing material, event invitations, help with streaming events and create photo and/or video content of events.
This is a six-month traineeship with a possibility of continuing afterwards. You will be trained to your tasks and the team will support you throughout your traineeship. The start date is flexible during the Autumn 2024.

This is a paid trainee position and salary will be determined by the amount of applicant’s study credits. Nokia offers flexible and hybrid working modes, but please note that this position also requires physical presence at Espoo Campus.

• Active student status
• Written communications skills such as creating newsletters, social media content, blog posts, email campaigns and other content
• Photo and video content creation & editing (Adobe CC programs)
• Creating visual materials for e.g. presentations, events and screen adverts
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Teamwork and project coordination skills
• Optional: Portfolio of previous works demonstrating your visual and/or writing skills
