We are looking for a Manager, Communities & Social Performance, BC works, based in Kitimat, to lead and develop BC Works’ community engagement efforts with internal stakeholders, external partners, and First Nations.

Reporting to the General Manager, Communities & Social Performance, and working on a Monday to Friday schedule, you will be:
- Manage and develop the BC Works CSP team, and ensuring team alignment with business goals, priorities and vision.
- Plan, implement, and report on CSP activities to meet organizational strategies, objectives, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain great relationships with local communities, First Nations, partners and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and opportunities related to business activities and community interactions.
- Direct the resolution of complex CSP issues and challenges, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Leverage deep community knowledge to minimize risks, maximize value, and promote effective community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal business units, product groups, and sites to share learnings and replicate successful CSP initiatives.
- Lead the team in implementing improvement strategies to ensure sustainable performance and maintain a social license to operate.
