Description:
Associate Practitioners will manage their own caseload and offer interventions to individuals specific to their needs. They will also be involved with young people on the Neuro assessment pathway this will involve regular contact to those on pathway and ensuring that relevant information is gathered which is fed into the DDM. The role can be demanding but also highly rewarding so you will need to be someone who is motivated, resilient and passionate about working with this client group.
