Description:
Will be launching a new community café from MP3 Youth Centre, Millbrook, Southampton. As well as serving the local community, the café will be a social enterprise providing training opportunities to young people not in education, training or employment. We want the café to be a warm, friendly destination for the whole community, not just young people. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to use your hospitality skills to support disadvantaged young people.
You will be instrumental in launching the café, so it is important that you feel confident and happy to work under your own initiative, lead a small team and support the training of young people.
- Hours: Full-time37.5 hours a week (likely to be 9.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday) with expectation of some weekend and later evening working as the café footfall increases.
